Party Bus Nepal

By making a booking, entering the bus, or using Party Bus Nepal's services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Duration, Schedule & Route

• The bus operates according to the agreed booking duration, schedule, and route.
• Customers must be ready at the agreed pick-up location on time. Customer delays may reduce the available service time.
• The bus generally operates at approximately 20–30 km/h on city roads, subject to traffic, road conditions, and safety requirements.
• Party Bus Nepal may adjust the route due to traffic, weather, road conditions, safety concerns, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Additional time, stops, or route changes may incur additional charges.

2. Passenger Capacity & Safety

• Passenger numbers must not exceed the approved capacity of the bus.
• All passengers must always follow instructions from the driver and Party Bus Nepal staff for passenger safety.
• Passengers must remain seated or in designated safe areas whenever instructed, particularly during emergencies.
• Emergency exits and safety equipment must remain accessible.
• Party Bus Nepal may stop or terminate the service if passenger behavior creates a safety risk.

3. Prohibited Substances & Illegal Activities

• Illegal drugs, prohibited substances, and unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.
• Party Bus Nepal may immediately terminate the service if illegal activity or prohibited substances are suspected or discovered.
• Where termination results from a customer's breach, no refund is guaranteed, and the customer may be liable for resulting costs or losses.

4. Inappropriate Behavior

• Sexual activity, solicitation, exploitation, or other unlawful conduct is strictly prohibited.
• Offensive, threatening, abusive, or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
• Party Bus Nepal may stop the service and require individuals involved in prohibited conduct to leave where it is safe and lawful to do so.

5. Alcohol & Smoking

• Alcohol must not be provided to persons who are legally prohibited from consuming it.
• Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area.
• Misuse of alcohol or smoking that creates a safety, health, property, or behavioral risk may result in termination of the service.
• Serving customer-supplied or externally provided beverages may incur an additional charge.

6. Damage to Property

• Customers are responsible for damage caused by themselves or members of their group to the bus, equipment, furniture, or other property.
• Reasonable repair, replacement, cleaning, or restoration costs may be charged to the responsible customer.
• Serious or intentional damage may be reported to the relevant authorities.

7. Cleanliness & Personal Belongings

• Customers must keep the bus reasonably clean and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Food and beverages must be handled carefully to prevent spills or damage.
• Party Bus Nepal is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left on the bus.

8. Music, Entertainment & Equipment

• Music, lighting, the dance floor, and other facilities must be used according to safety requirements and staff instructions.
• Music requests may be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed.
• Company equipment may only be operated by customers with staff authorization.

9. Children & Vulnerable Passengers

• Parents, guardians, or responsible adults are responsible for supervising children and vulnerable passengers in their group.
• Reasonable safety restrictions may be imposed where necessary.

10. Cancellation, Changes & Refunds

• Cancellation and refund conditions are subject to the booking package and cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.
• Changes to the date, time, route, duration, or passenger numbers are subject to availability and may affect the price.
• If Party Bus Nepal must cancel or significantly change a booking due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, available options will be communicated to the customer.

11. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Party Bus Nepal is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by traffic, road closures, accidents, weather, natural events, government restrictions, public disturbances, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Where possible, reasonable efforts will be made to minimize disruption.

12. Customer Responsibility

• The booking customer is responsible for the conduct of their entire group.
• Customers must comply with applicable laws, traffic and safety requirements, and reasonable staff instructions.
• The bus must not be used for unlawful, dangerous, or unauthorized purposes.

13. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

Party Bus Nepal reserves the right to refuse boarding or terminate a trip where a passenger or group seriously breaches these Terms & Conditions, creates a safety risk, engages in illegal activity, causes significant damage, or behaves abusively. Any additional costs resulting from such conduct may be charged to the responsible customer.

14. Privacy & Information

Personal information collected for bookings and service delivery will be handled in accordance with Party Bus Nepal's applicable privacy practices and may be used for service delivery, rewards, and promotional offers in accordance with the privacy laws of Nepal. Customers must provide accurate information required for booking and communication.

15. Photography & Promotional Content

Party Bus Nepal may take photographs or videos during events for operational, promotional, or social-media purposes where appropriate and lawful. Customers who do not wish to appear should inform Party Bus Nepal in advance or at the event.

16. Complaints & Customer Support

Customers should raise concerns promptly with the crew or management. Formal complaints should include the booking details, date, time, and relevant information to allow Party Bus Nepal to review the matter.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Nepal. Disputes should, where possible, first be addressed through good-faith communication between the customer and Party Bus Nepal before pursuing other legal remedies.

18. Final Acceptance

By booking, entering, or using the Party Bus Nepal service, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to the booking customer and all members of their group.

Reservation Terms and Conditions

Party Bus Nepal

• Minimum age is 18 years
• A maximum of 36 people per booking
• Not wheelchair accessible
• Not recommended for pregnant women, infants, children, or senior citizens with balance-controlling, walking, or standing disabilities
• Not recommended for travelers with back problems
• Not recommended for patients with heart problems or other serious medical conditions
• Plan your route in advance! We will not refund you if you don't arrive at the meeting spot in time!
• Profanity, sexually explicit content, hate speech, discriminatory behavior, threats, and violence are not allowed. If such cases are found, immediate action will be taken.
• Promoting illegal activities is strictly prohibited. If found, legal action will be taken.
• This experience requires good weather. If it's cancelled due to poor weather, you'll be offered a different date or a full refund.
• Mechanical errors and defects may occur during the ride. If the event is hampered due to a mechanical defect before the ride begins, there will be a full refund or a different date offered. However, if the mechanical defect occurs during the ride, only a partial refund will be given according to the time spent on the ride.
• In some cases (e.g. packages), this experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it's cancelled because the minimum isn't met, you'll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
• External food and drinks are strictly not allowed inside the bus.
• Pencil heels (for ladies) are not allowed.
